3. Our Loyalty Program – MyMustela Rewards

We have established the MyMustela Rewards loyalty program, which is described at our loyalty program webpage (“Program Webpage”).

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, we provide participants with reward points when certain point-earning events occur, as described on our Program Webpage.

Each reward point has a monetary value. You may use your reward points to:

• receive a discount when buying a product from us;
• buy a product at a price of zero if you have enough reward points; or
• donate to support maternal health.

4. Categories of Personal Information

In some cases, to earn reward points, you must provide us with your personal information, including the following categories of your personal information:

• your email address, as set forth in your registration for an account at our website;
• your email address, as set forth in your sign-up for our newsletter;

We set the monetary value of the reward points based, at least in part, on our reasonable consideration of the cost to identify prospective customers for our products.

To sign up and participate in our loyalty program, you must enter your account-creation information and click the Create button at our account registration webpage. In doing so, you understand, agree, and consent to the following:

• we may provide you with financial incentives through our loyalty program;
• you are eligible for some of the financial incentives only because you provide us with your personal information; and
• we and our affiliates may use your personal information for marketing purposes in accordance with our Policy.

7. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw from the MyMustela Rewards loyalty program at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at customerservice@expanscience.com with the subject line “MyMustela Rewards – Withdrawal Request.”

Please include the email address associated with your MyMustela Rewards account so we can locate your membership. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your withdrawal.

Once your withdrawal request has been verified and processed, your membership will be terminated, and you will no longer be eligible to earn, redeem, or receive loyalty program rewards and benefits. Any unused reward points will be forfeited upon withdrawal, subject to applicable law and the program's Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawal from the loyalty program is voluntary and does not affect your ability to purchase our products or exercise your privacy rights. You may also exercise your applicable privacy rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, without withdrawing from the loyalty program.
