We’re excited to spotlight Yentl, a 28-year-old Belgian native who moved to the U.S. as an au pair, met her husband, and now calls Miami home. After adopting their lively dog, Henry, they welcomed their daughter Thèa in January 2025 — a joy she can’t imagine life without.
Yentl treasures simple moments like daycare pick-ups, bath time giggles, and bedtime snuggles. She believes raising a family takes a village, values gentle skincare for her growing family, and is holding onto one beautiful reminder: slow down — these days go by so fast.

Tell us a bit about you and your family
What has been one of the most meaningful lessons you've learned as a caregiver?
I have learned that you truly are the world for your little ones and they don't know anything but what you teach and show them. it is up to us as a parent to show them how beautiful the world can be.
What's something you wish you'd known earlier on?
I kind of knew already but I wish I accepted it faster and that is that raising a family really needs a village.

What's a small daily moment with your little one (s) that means a lot to you?
Is there a routine (bath time, bedtime, morning reset) that feels especially special in your home?
I really enjoy our bedtime routine (minus fighting to get her clothes on). She really loves to play in the bath and it's a wind down moment for us. We read a book afterwards and snuggle till she falls asleep.
Why is gentle skin care important to you?
Are there any Mustela products or routines you reach for regularly?
I am obsessed with the multi-purpose balm. Makes my skin really soft. I have multiple laying around the house. Also the sunscreen stick. Living in Florida it's a must have!
What helps you feel supported during busy or challenging days?
Checking in with a text message already makes me feel seen and shows me there is interest in what I do.
