2. TO ENTER: To enter, complete the entry form provided on the Mustela® Web site, http://www.Mustelausa.com. Entrants are required to provide their name, street address, e-mail address, city, state, zip code, country, day and evening phone numbers, date of birth, gender, youngest baby's date of birth and gender. Entries must be received by the last day of the month. All entries become the property of Mustela® and the Sweepstakes sponsors, whose address is as follows:

(The "Sponsors" and, individually, a "Sponsor") and will not be returned. The sweepstakes period begins on the first day of each month at 12:01 a.m. EST and will end at 12:00 midnight EST on the last day of each month. Limit one entry per day per person. Incomplete entries are not valid. One Grand-Prize winner will be chosen at random by a drawing held on the first day of the next month. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (such as a business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

3. Grand Prize: One Grand-Prize winner a month will receive a year's supply of Mustela® Vitamin Barrier Cream and Extra Thick Cleansing Cloths - Wipes. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that the Sponsors and prize suppliers reserve(s) the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The Grand-Prize winner will be notified by mail or telephone or email within seven days after the drawing.

4. This offer is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of a Sponsor or any of its affiliates, retailers, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is governed by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

5. General Conditions: Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges which are final on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Taxes on prize awards are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner must execute the Sponsors' standard form of Affidavit of Eligibility which must be signed, notarized and returned within seven days following attempted notification by the Sponsors. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Except where prohibited by law, entrants grant to the Sponsors and prize suppliers the right to use and publish their names and state their names online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsors and prize suppliers and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name, prize won, likeness, and hometown without additional compensation, for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in perpetuity in any and all forms of media (unless prohibited by law).

6. No Liability. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant without limitation (i) releases and holds harmless Mustela® and its parent(s), licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded, and (ii) waives any and all rights to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. The Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted.

The Sponsors, and each of them, assume no responsibility for, and each entrant waives all claims in connection with, any late or misdirected entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by the Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion online, through the Internet, the Mustela® web site or any combination thereof, including without limitation any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from any cause, including without limitation downloading any materials related to the Sweepstakes or the Sponsors. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE Mustela® SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANTS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and void such entries, in which event the Sponsors may select winners by random drawing.
