Choosing how you prepare for birth

The aim of this preparation is to teach moms-to-be how to relax physically and mentally so as to listen to their body and to gently work their muscles.

 

The poses are neither difficult nor complicated, but suitable for pregnant women.

 

All the little exercises can be easily incorporated into your everyday life.

 

You learn how to better position your pelvis, to concentrate and to adopt slow, deep breathing in which the whole body accompanies the respiratory movements without any physical effort.

 

The midwives also teach moms-to-be the correct reflexes for lying down, getting up and turning over effortlessly during pregnancy, as well as the correct postures for the post partum period.

 

This is a method that you can continue after giving birth.
