Bringing Your Baby Home
Anticipation of your new arrival may be exciting, it can also leave you with a little anxiety - what do I need to bring my baby home, what products are right for my baby and will I have enough?
Must have list:
- Rear-facing car seat
- Crib
- Crib mattress and waterproof cover
- Crib sheets- at least 3 sets
- Crib bumper
- Changing table/ changing pad
- Changing table pad cover- washable is key!
- Receiving blankets to swaddle- at least 4
- Bottles
- Breastfeeding pillow
- Baby monitor
- Night-light
- Baby bath tub
- Towels and washcloths- at least 4
- Gentle cleansers for bath. For newborns, Mustela Dermo-Cleansing.
- Diaper bag
- Diapers. lots and lots of diapers!
- Diaper rash cream - try Mustela Vitamin Barrier Cream
- Onesies- trust us, you will thank us! They will make diaper changing easier.
- Mustela Cleansing and Soothing wipes or PhysiObébé for the diaper area
- Burp cloths - at least 5, you'll need em'!
- Pacifiers - you will thank us for this one too!
- Electrical outlet covers
- Mobile
- Stroller
- Swing
- Bouncing seat
- Soft carrier or a sling
- Head support for car seat
- Play mat
